IMS is defined by 3GPP/3GPP2 as a new core and service 'domain' that enables the convergence of data, speech and network technology over an IP-based infrastructure. Nable Communications' IMS enabler solution includes many basic Application Servers or enablers such as IM, Presence, XDMS, etc. By selecting some or all of them together, the operators can easily build up the foundation for the IMS services and enhance it by just adding more enablers or specific-purpose application servers later.
