|
| The IP telephony solution for medium to large-sized enterprises that have many subsidiary companies over the contry or the government departments that have many regional offices over the contry should be different from the solution for a single enterprise
or office. This is because the solution should support multi-tenants operation, more flexible management, and seamless interworking with UC (Unified Communications) solutions.
The IP-Centrex system supplied by Nable is a perfect solution for medium to large-sized enterprises/offices and provides a noticeable reduction in voice services and infra-network deployment/management. In addition, it can provide various kinds of supplement services such as the interworking with the enterprise¡¯s messenger system, which are very useful for the productivity improvement.
This system consists of two main parts : One part is Broadsoft/Alcatel-Lucent¡¯s IP-Centrex that is used by the major portion of the ITSP operators over the world as the core devices. The other part is IM server, Presence server, and PC client which have been developed by Nable. Accroding to the customer¡®s demand, it can provide an interworking interface to the 3rd-party applications such
as Microsoft LCS2004/OCS2007 or IBM Sametime 7.5 for building up the UC environment.
This system provides many kinds of group services and individual services that are very useful for enterprises and public offices. Some of the group services are Group Web Portal, Hunt Group, Call PickUp, Call Intercept, Calling Group ID delivery, Loudspeaker Paging, Series Completion. For the individual services, there are Personal Web Portal, Call Forwarding, Directed Call Pickup, Three-way Calling, DND(Do Not Disturb), Automatic Callback, Color Ring, Speed Dial, etc.
This system can meet the step-wise upgrade steps and modification requirements of enterprises, governments, or service operators very flexibly. Some examples are the trunking service for keyphone system or legacy PBX, the multi-tenant management function that makes it possible to provide independent numbering plan to each subsidiary company, the call center service, and the conference service.
nXer¢â IP-PBX and nXer¢â C5 switch can interwork with this system without requiring any additional means and
so the combination will be a most suitable form of IP-Telephony system for enterprises, governments, and service providers.
